Raza grew up watching his mom fry these chillies at home — a spicy, tangy staple always on the table. Years later, he started experimenting with them in everything from eggs to tacos to pasta. The flavor held up, and then some. Now he’s sharing that same bold, briny heat in small batches, one jar at a time.
